Introduction
Headings should be numbered and in Times New Roman with 12 in size, bold and left alignment.

First-order Headings
As in this heading, they should be Times 12-point boldface, initially capitalized, flush left, with one blank line before, and one after.

Second-order Headings
As in this heading, they should be Times 11-point boldface, initially capitalized, flush left, with one blank line before, and one after.

Third-order Headings
Third-order headings, as in this paragraph, are discouraged. However, if you must use them, use 10-point Times, boldface, initially capitalized, flush left, preceded by one blank line, followed by a period and your text on the same line.

Main Text
Type your main text in 10-point Times, single-spaced. Do not use double-spacing. All paragraphs should be indented 1 pica (approximately 1/6- or 0.17-inch or 0.422 cm. Please do not place any additional blank lines between paragraphs.

Figure and Table Captions
Captions should be 9-point Times New Roman font, boldface. Callouts should be Times New Roman, non-boldface. Initially capitalize only the first word of each figure caption and table title. Figures and tables must be numbered separately. For example: “Figure 1. Example figure.”, “Table 1. Table example.”. Figure captions are to be below the figures (see Figure 1). Table titles are to be centered above the tables (see Table 1.)

Methods or methodology of the study
Method is simply a research tool, a component of research – say for example, a qualitative method such as interviews. Methodology is the justification for using a particular research method. Both should be explain in a systematic manner.

Analysis or Results
The results section is where you report the findings of your study based upon the methodology [or methodologies] you applied to gather information. The results section should simply state the findings of the research arranged in a logical sequence without bias or interpretation. A section describing results [a.k.a., "findings"] is particularly necessary if your paper includes data generated from your own research.

Finding & Suggestion or Discussion
Organize the discussion from the general to the specific, linking your findings to the literature, then to theory, then to practice [if appropriate]. Use the same key terms, narrative style, and verb tense [present] that you used when when describing the research problem in your introduction.

Conclusion
A conclusion is, in some ways, like your introduction. You restate your thesis and summarize your main points of evidence for the reader. You can usually do this in one paragraph. In the following example, the thesis statement is in bold. Notice that it is written in 2 sentences

Appendix
Material that supplements the content of the paper, but would be distracting or inappropriate to include in the body of the paper is to be placed in an appendix." This includes “materials that are relatively brief and that are easily presented in print format”. Use these labels when discussing the appendix in the body of your paper. In the paper, after the sentence in which you are referencing your appendix, format the in-text citation as (See Appendix A). The letter should match the appropriate appendix label.
